I don't know anything about this company but when I Googled the name, the first site that comes up is Rip off report so I'd be leary. There are many scam companies out there right now who will take the money up front & not do much for it. Your parents don't need to hire anyone to help modify their mortgage. It can be time-consuming because so many people are looking for modifications that the lenders are overwhelmed.
