I was told by the rep that if I try to go over my line of credit, the transaction might go thru or it might nor but i will be charged s fee. This is an emergency so i can deal w the fee but do yearbook a $ 5000 transaction will go thru on a card with a $ 200 line of credit? That seems impossible to me. Also, i have been allying for personal loans and i having gotten approved for any. I would think that the credit card would improve my credit score even if i dont use it, no? On that $ 200 card, they may let you go $ 20 or $ 40 over that limit. Just enough so they can smack you with a $ 35 over the limit fee. (a game credit card companies play). With pay day loans, you have to pay them on your pay day. If not, you have to re-new the loan. This means nasty fees added such as $ 40 each. That personal emergency is going to have to wait.
